Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 8-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays after receiving your order confirmation email. you will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA)
We provide free AUS domestic shipping storewide for orders over $60.
You are responsible for any fees incurred for any packages rejected/returned back to Herbera Botanicals. A refund minus the fees will be sent back to you (the customer) once the package has been received.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note:
Your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees once it reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Herbera Botanicals is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
